Description
A field of purple lupine wildflowers surrounds a historic church in the town of Vik on Iceland's south coast. During the month of June, spectacular blooms of wildflowers can be found all across Iceland. A colorful midnight sunset compliments the colors of the church and flowers. During the month of June, there is only two hours of darkness in Iceland, which partially straddles the Arctic Circle.
